The cost of an HPVC solution depends on two components: cost of licensing the HP Virtual Classroom facility itself, and the cost of the courses to be delivered in such a virtual classroom.
You can license an HPVC for one year, six months, three months, or for one–time events. In any case, you can license Align Media ready–made HPVC courses, or we can create custom content to meet your needs, or you can create your own, or a combination of these.
When pricing an HP Virtual Classroom, factors that we need to take into consideration include how long you need to license the HPVC for (three months, six months, one year, ...) and how many (virtual) seats it needs to have (25, 50, 100, ...)
On the other hand, the price of Align Media HPVC courses depends on whether the courses are to be delivered by Align Media instructors to your employees, or whether you wish to license them for internal delivery.
Other factors that may affect the price of an HPVC course include custom development to train on vertical/proprietary systems, consultation with your subject matter experts (SMEs), train–the–trainer sessions, etc.
